We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed,
with all tags attached and protective elements intact.
All original packaging and accompanying materials must be included.

Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect,
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, the cost of return shipping is free.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 3–30 business days after the return has been received and approved.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
